Kingdom Corn Maze is proudly located at Simpson Farm in Sutton, Vermont, where our family’s farming roots run deep.

Ryan was raised on the Don-Sim Farm, working alongside his parents, as the family farm grew so did the family. Years later, Ryan and his wife, Marci, purchased what was known as “Farm 3″—Burke View Dairies—from his aunt and uncle. Today, that farm is known as Simpson Farm and is home to Kingdom Corn Maze.

Farming is truly a family tradition. Marci manages the farm’s bookkeeping while also working full-time as a nurse. Their children grew up helping with chores, caring for livestock, and showing animals through 4-H. Today, Colby (and wife Julia), continues the family’s farming tradition by working on the farm, while Courteney has pursued a career as a Speech-Language Pathologist and resides with her fiancé, Colton, in St. Johnsbury.

Kingdom Corn Maze was created as a way to share our love of farming with the community and provide a fun place for families to make memories together. We look forward to welcoming you to our farm and hope you enjoy everything the Northeast Kingdom has to offer.

Jessica was raised on Don-Sim Farm, where she spent her childhood milking cows, raising calves, and helping with fieldwork. Today, she and Phil continue that farming tradition alongside their family.

Their children have grown up with the same hands-on experiences—throwing hay bales, helping with daily chores, driving tractors during harvest, and caring for the animals. Summers have always been filled with 4-H activities and showing livestock at the local fair, creating memories and life lessons that will last a lifetime.

Although both Phil and Jessica explored careers away from the farm for a time, their passion for agriculture brought them back home. Today, they proudly lead Don-Sim Farm, carrying on the family’s legacy while raising the next generation to appreciate the values of hard work, stewardship, and community.
